It ran alongside Yuri Hime and the now also defunct Comic Hirari and stood in stark contrast to shoujo and josei romances of the day.Its short run produced a number of classic yuri manga, including Higashiyama Shou's Prism, Arata Iri's Comprehensive Tovarisch, Notes from the Garden of Lillies, Kurogane Ken's Hoshikawa Ginza District, and Morinaga Milk's The Secret Recipe.
